Is there any timeline to finish the applications? Should we describe the technical proposal, or this is done on the interview?

ah great questions, editing the original post to include this response

- There is no strict timeline to finish the application as of now - @mintcloud and I will consider applications on a rolling basis and when we will keep the forum updated with our progress there and when we feel that there is a sufficient shortlist that would be appropriate to transition to the next phase of final selection.
- Could you elaborate more on what you mean by technical proposal? @mintcloud and I plan to evaluate applicants based on their past experiences but are certainly open to changing our initial screening if it would be better!
