@JoaoCampos89 Could you please share some of your program framework ideas on the appropriate method for funds disbursement towards the correct developer parties? Would the funds be split evenly among the developers or would disbursement be weighted based on which development contribution produced the most impact relitave towards metrics determined to be successful growht?
We can start discussions about that if we effectively receive some funding on that. First step is geting someone to apply and Eric already will do that on behalf of the protocol, so this discussion got some productive outcome after all.
@ericwong Would you advise consolidating the vote to authorize both the application process with funds disbursement framework parameters in place or proceed with two votes? First voting to approve the applications process with the understanding that funds would be held in the existing treasure contract until then a second vote to establish the retroactive development funding disbursement parameters?

I would like to know if there is any delegate that wanna join to formulate a framework to use these funds to retrofunding dev tutorials and open source dapps/libraries that uses 0x on Optimism based networks which could retroaliment more funds on next year round.
On this framework we should identify what is the main issues impacting a more adoption of 0x: lack of tutorials? Documentation? Dapp examples? More libraries? A centralized resource with 0x best pratices? More development on 0x core protocol? UX best pratices on trades?
Additionally, on the framework we should identify for each submission what we will evaluate. On a dev video, views quantity, articles: views quantity, open source library: npm downloads and github repo stars etc, we should formulate more on this.
After identify the goals and what we should incentivy, we could split these funds on several rounds across maybe 2 or 3 years and retro reward accordingly.
For the ones running the framework we should allocate 5% of the funds for pay for evaluations and framework formulation where these funds are only paid after first reimbursements and positive assessment.
